1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the School Hostel Management System ("System"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this System's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Our System provides management capabilities for school hostel administration, including student records, room assignments, payments, and complaints. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name and for keeping your password secure.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the System to:

  • Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a school official, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the service.

4. Termination of Account

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
